Cancellation Policy 

• Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a refund, minus a small admin fee of £10 which is unrecoverable by us through our booking system. 

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are unable to be refunded although we will try our best to fill the space, we cannot guarantee this is possible. Should we fill your space, we will offer a refund minus the admin fee as above.

• No refunds or partial refunds are available should your child not wish to complete the week. Our highly experienced and friendly team will do all in their power to ensure that each child feels valued, included and protected (VIP) and enjoys their experience with us.
